Deposit Procedure
At The Ritual Skin and Wellness Clinic, all new clients are required to provide credit card details to secure their first appointment. These details are securely kept on file, and a $100 cancellation fee will be applied if an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
Our appointments are valuable! We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. You will receive an SMS reminder two days before your appointment; however, this is just a courtesy reminder. The responsibility for attending your scheduled appointment remains with you. If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a $100 fee will apply, and loss of deposit.
