FAQ
What Facial Should I Book?
Every facial at our clinic includes a consultation and is customised to suit your skin’s specific needs. No matter which treatment you choose, Stephanie will personalise it for you or recommend a more suitable option if needed.
Are Your Facials Safe During Pregnancy?
Yes, most of our facials are pregnancy-safe, with the exception of certain advanced treatments. Please inform Stephanie if you are pregnant so we can adjust ingredients and techniques to ensure a safe and effective experience for you.
Are Facials Suitable for Men?
Absolutely! Our treatments are designed for all skin types and concerns, and we see many male clients in the clinic. Each facial is tailored to individual needs, ensuring optimal results regardless of gender.
Can I Have a Facial Before or After Botox and Filler?
Facial treatments work beautifully alongside cosmetic injectables, often helping to extend the results of Botox and filler. We recommend scheduling injectables at least 2–3 weeks before a facial or waiting 24–48 hours after your facial before having injectables.
