Shipping Service
We provide express shipping across Australia via Australia Post for a flat fee of $13.00 AUD. Each order is promptly packed, gift-wrapped, and accompanied by a personalised prescription from Stephanie. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, added to, or canceled, as we aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Orders placed during standard business hours (Monday to Friday) are processed within 24 hours. For metro areas, you can typically expect next-day delivery. For regional locations, please allow an extra 3-5 business days. In the event of any processing delays, we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Rate
All orders are shipped via Australia Post express for a flat rate of $13.00 AUD within Australia.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. After dispatch, we’ll send another email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey to you.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at stephanie@skinnursestephanie.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please photograph the item and reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
International Shipping
Currently, The Ritual Skin and Wellness Clinic ships only within Australia.
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the purchase date. If you’ve received the wrong product or are experiencing a reaction, you are eligible for an exchange or refund within this timeframe. Please note, all exchanges and refunds are subject to evaluation on a case by case basis. We do not accept change of mind returns or refunds.
We will guide you through the exchange process, including details on returning the product back to us.
Returns
Refund - If the product returned is unopened, unused and is in a re-saleable condition.
Exchange/store credit - If product returned has been slightly sampled and opened.
To be valid to return or exchange product, you must provide proof of purchase (including receipt, e-receipt, account history or gift receipt).
Reaction to a product purchased

We may also ask for photos of the product and or/ affected area
Defective or Damaged Product
We offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please email us at stephanie@skinnursestephanie.com with a description of the issue and attach photographic evidence of the defect or damage, if possible.
