What is included in my membership?
Your membership includes a professional skin treatment every 3 weeks, tailored to your skin’s needs. You’ll also receive:
- Exclusive member pricing with flexible weekly or fortnightly payments
- 10% off skincare and additional treatments
- Priority booking for ongoing skin management
- Loyalty rewards: Receive a $50 clinic credit for every $1000 spent
How do payments work?
Payments are made weekly, fortnightly or monthly via direct debit. You can choose a 3, 6, or 12-month term.
What happens if I miss a treatment?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited unless otherwise discussed.
