With over 10 years of experience in the beauty and skin health industry, I’ve worked alongside some of Australia’s leading brands and clinicians. But it wasn’t until I experienced the emotional power of helping people feel confident in their skin that I found my true purpose.
The Ritual was created to honour that.

Mon’s journey into massage therapy was not a direct path but a natural evolution shaped by years of holding space for others. Long before formally training in bodywork, Mon developed an innate ability to listen deeply, offer support, and create spaces where individuals feel truly seen. This same intention is the foundation of every treatment, ensuring that each session is not just about physical relief, but also about fostering a sense of safety, balance, and restoration.
A Journey Rooted in Care
With nearly a decade of experience in community services, Mon worked extensively within housing and homelessness support in Melbourne before moving to New York City to advocate for LGBTQIA+ communities at the LGBT Centre. These experiences reinforced the profound importance of safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments, shaping the way Mon approaches massage therapy today.
