Booking & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $50 fee is taken at the time of booking and applied to your treatment total on the day.

We kindly require 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will forfeit the booking fee and incur a charge equal to 100 % of the scheduled treatment cost.

We understand that unexpected events happen. One courtesy transfer of the fee will be offered if you rebook within 30 days; subsequent short-notice changes will be charged in full.

Skincare Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof-of-purchase.

If you experience an unexpected skin reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us within 7 days. A consult will be arranged to assess the concern and, where appropriate, an exchange or credit will be issued.

Children in Clinic Policy

The clinic is a calm, clinical environment with medical-grade equipment. For safety and to ensure every client’s experience is uninterrupted.

If children must accompany you, they must remain in the reception lounge under the supervision of a responsible adult who is not receiving treatment.

Payment Options

We accept:

Afterpay & Zip Pay (treatment minimum $200)

Gift vouchers issued by The Ritual

Full payment is due at the completion of each appointment.

Membership debits are processed automatically.

Pricing & Service Amendments

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

Treatment pricing, packages, and product ranges may be updated without prior notice to reflect supplier costs or technological advances. Written quotes provided after consultation remain valid for 30 days.

Shipping Policy (Online Skincare Orders)

Processing Time – Orders are packed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery – Australia Post tracked shipping, 2-7 business days, flat rate $10.

Click & Collect – Complimentary collection from the clinic during opening hours; please await your “Ready for Pick-Up” email before arriving.

Damage / Loss – Goods are inspected before dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can lodge a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
