Shipping Service
We provide express shipping across Australia via Australia Post for a flat fee of $15.00 AUD. Each order is promptly packed, gift-wrapped, and accompanied by a personalised prescription from Stephanie. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, added to, or canceled, as we aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Orders placed during standard business hours (Monday to Friday) are processed within 24 hours. For metro areas, you can typically expect next-day delivery. For regional locations, please allow an extra 3-5 business days. In the event of any processing delays, we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Rate
All orders are shipped via Australia Post express for a flat rate of $15.00 AUD within Australia.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. After dispatch, we’ll send another email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey to you.
Lost or Damaged Orders

Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please photograph the item and reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
