How do I join?

Joining is easy. You can book your membership consultation online, or reach out via email, text, or social media for assistance.


Is there a joining fee?

There is a one-time establishment fee of $7.70, plus a 3.3% processing fee on each transaction.


Can I pause my membership?

We allow a one-month pause during your membership term if required.


Can I cancel my membership?

All memberships are subject to a lock-in contract. If you wish to cancel early, the remaining balance must be paid in full. In exceptional circumstances, please contact the clinic directly, and our management team will review your cancellation request.


Terms & Conditions

Your first payment will be deducted the day after signing up for your membership unless otherwise specified.

All memberships, including the $7.70 joining fee, are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Standard booking and no-show policies apply to all appointments.

We cannot guarantee availability on a specific day or time, so we encourage members to book in advance.

Discounts apply only to full-priced products. If a product is already discounted, the lower price will be honored.

Monthly treatments must be used within the calendar month. Membership fees do not carry over into future months.

The Ritual reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership program at any time, with a minimum of one month’s notice provided to all members.

Memberships may be suspended or canceled if a member does not adhere to the terms and conditions.
